This might be a dumb question but if I have an LLC of a property that’s between me and someone else, and that person is being sued by someone else, and can’t afford the judgment, can they go after that person’s portion of the LLC?

Basically the title. House split four ways, one of my sisters is being sued. If she can’t pay it we’ll help but just wanna be sure the property would be protected in a worst case scenario. Thanks for the help.

Just curious if this is possible. I operate a child care. Child cares are often housed within churches and become tax exempt as a result. Our small child care is not in a church and operates as a for-profit LLC, so we must pay GRT. Historically, we’ve billed families for GRT. Our state’s (NM) early childhood department recently announced that child cares are prohibited from billing families for GRT (the legality of this edict is being challenged, but stands for the time being). In order for our business to pay GRT, I now have to make cuts elsewhere in our already tight budget, which might mean a reduction in our teachers already terrible pay. I am not ready to become a non profit. So, can our preschool become a member of the satanic temple to ensure we are able to maintain our teachers wages?

How to remove cash discount/reduce member discount?

When my parents used to own our store they offered a member discount- 7% when using CC and 10% when using cash. We are hiring our first employee and want to make it only 1 discount to make things consistent. We also want to reduce the cash in store. We have been telling new members that it's 7% regardless of how they pay, but I'm not sure what to tell the old customers who are VERY adamant about getting 10%. Any advice?

For those that live in the UK, you may have seen the UKs largest chain run a subscription model (£30 a month for unlimited coffee) it very popular in London. Problem is their coffee is terrible ?! I'm looking to partner with a marketing company. While I *could* spend a couple days researching and vetting companies, I feel like my time would be better utilized if I could post what specifically I'm looking for & companies can reach out to me according to what I want. I've used Upwork before and I'm thinking basically the same thing, but instead of reaching out to individual freelancers I would be reaching out to companies. Looking for people to test smart ChatGPT phone answering bot

I’ve built a phone call answering bot powered by ChatGPT. It’s intended to be used by businesses - the bot will act as a customer service agent and collect name, contact info, and ask why someone is calling by default. You can also configure it to ask/talk about other stuff. There will be a portal where you can see all these conversations the bot has.
