I run a business where my employees go into the “field” and speak and market to other businesses/small business owners, is there any app or system I can incorporate to track that my employees are actually getting work done and making progress? I have a business that is a National Parks concession - the parks don't have a mailing address. Right now I'm using the address where the LLC receives mail but its far from the actual location where guests are served. 2 member S-Corp LLC with no salaries, just commission

Hey all. I'm trying to help my wife and 1 partner open a service based business. Her and her partner will be the only members and will not necessarily have an equal number of clients. We plan to talk to an accountant soon but in the meantime I'm just trying to understand the ideal structure. From what I gather so far they would create a multi-member LLC, taxed as an S-Corp....then hire themselves as W2 employees....but their paychecks will be commission based and will not have an associated salary. Is that more or less correct? I see lots of posts/articles about the 50% "reasonable" salary expected by an S-Corp employee/member but I think that's just confusing us and doesn't really matter. Thoughts? Suggestions? I'm having a hard time finding much info for our particular use-case.

What's a good profit margin for my coffee shop?

I have a small coffee shop . We aren't a national brand or anything just your independent neighborhood shop. My costs have gone up so I'm readjusting my prices. I'm shooting for 50% for espresso drinks and 70% for Coffee drinks. Is that a good goal to shoot for? I can't make it too high because the neighborhood is very sensitive to prices.
