Can I use my personal bank acct for LLC?

Hi, My partner (non US resident) and I (US tax resident) are starting a LLC in Nevada. Can I use my personal US bank account for my LLC? Banks aren't allowing my partner to open bank account cos he isn't a US resident.

Liability for business operation prior to incorporation

My "side hustle" (a small Etsy and in-person based operation) is nearing the point at which I would like to form an LLC to protect my personal assets. My main concern is that over the last year, I have been operating using the not-yet-incorporated business' name on Etsy, depositing the funds into my personal account, etc. When I go to incorporate, what steps do I need to make sure I'm not liable for products I sold operating as an individual?

Buying automotive business vs starting one from scratch…

After giving it a lot of thinking and debating, I am finally financially ready to start looking to buy or start my automotive shop, I plan to get management and business in general classes/training in the next couple months. From my research, One thing I am sure is that starting it can be cheaper than buying it. *By “automotive” business to buy I mean: -tires, alignment and balancing sales and service. (I have seen some of these for sale, with space to add in one or two service bays) -repair and service shops. -I’ve also considered some auto body shops to buy and keep operating as is and add 1 or 2 bays for service and repair. *If starting it myself it would would be a service and repair shop only. Since my experience in the field is limited to that, that’s why with any other option I listed above I also listed the plan/possibility of adding in service bays. What’s your take on buying the business versus starting the business? Thanks beforehand.

Small business valuation

How should I value a business that is completely hands-off by the owner based on its cash flow? SDE is only about $60,000 so it's a small amount but I'm wondering how much of a multiple I should apply to that for a fair valuation? It's completely service based and doesn't have any tangible assets. I would plan to become involved to grow the business although the current owner brings that much in SDE without working at all within the business.
