Pork Burgers with Tomatillo Salsa... I infuse ground pork with the bold flavors of chorizo to create an irresistible burger. For the best results, allow the pork to sit overnight with all of the seasonings. Recipe here: https://t.co/V7V4BAZo8F https://t.co/aRmgSk5DXx

How badly do I need a microwave?
I'm new to meal prep. My #1 goal is to make easy meals that require relatively little prep time, so I'd probably just be slow cooking or pressure cooking them or something. Maybe some chicken with sweet potatoes and whatever else. Maybe burritos, I don't know. My rental inexplicably comes with a dishwasher but not a microwave. And my kitchen is pretty small. I don't mind paying $100 on a microwave, but the issue is real estate. Putting it on top of the fridge seems like a bad idea. I guess I could put it inside a cabinet and just have the power cable awkwardly dangle out? Or perhaps I don't need a microwave at all, and maybe I can reheat everything using an air frier or instant pot or what not. What do you think, is a microwave non-negotiable for lazy meal preppers? Or an air frier / instant pot / whatever else can do the same job without requiring any more time or attention?
