looking to lose weight can anyone help
Can anyone help me I am disabled and am gaining weight which hurts me more i have DDD and arthritis and my pills make it hard for me to lose weight is there anything out there i can do to lose the weight I am 210 now I wanna be 185 but will be happy to reach below 200 anything and everything helps and just so there isn't confusion i cant change my diet so I'm strictly looking for a workout plan that'll help heal or put me into more of a range of motion I am very stiff. would fasting for a day or two help as well or would that harm me to do? I'm very unsure about this Thank you in advanced I appreciate all the help

Good poses for releasing tension in the back?
Had a bit of anxiety recently and i can feel it kinda manifesting in my back very subtly, just wondering what poses are good for helping with this? Im thinking child pose, cobra and downward dog maybe? Thank you
