The research is clear: People with mentors perform better, advance in their careers faster, and even experience more work-life satisfaction. But many people don't know how to find a mentor or establish a relationship. https://t.co/hmDPmtkibC

Advice me please

Hi everyone. I have recently started a small business, a Facebook page and also a group, The page deals with books promotion from Amazon and the group is focusing on all kinds of products from amazon at a good price. My problem is that although I post daily content on both(page and the group) there is no interest, no visits, no likes, no followers. What am I doing wrong or what tools could I use to attract people, moral tools of course. Thank you.

Multiple LLCs, DBA or Umbrella LLC?

Hello, I currently have multiple businesses established and wanted to get some insights on the best possible business formation on either forming multiple LLCs, establishing DBAs, or forming a holding LLC to support all. I have no FTEs just 1099 contractors as needed. Today, I have a consulting business, a media/publication business, and an investment venture (bitcoin mining/real estate/investing). A lawyer recommended that I form a C corporation for the media/publication to separate it out since I plan to sell it in the future. Any thoughts on this?

Pay off Business Credit Card Debt with Personal Loan A Bad Idea?

Hello - I have a friend who owns a small business with his partner. They are on year 2, doing great, and starting to hammer down some initial debt they took on. They have a business credit card with 20k left on it, at 19.29 rate. They plan to knock it down but it might take 1-1.5 years. It seems the business can't get offers for better rates but I thought personally they might be able to get better loan offers (depending on credit of course). For example, I myself can see that Amex offers personal loans for like \~6-7%. Because they are personally liable for their business loan anyway, would it be horrible idea for 1 of them to get a personal loan with a much lower rate, pay off the business debt card with it, and the business can pay them personally back? is that a thing? They plan to also talk to their accountant and trying to negotiate with the bank to lower the rate but wanted to get any ideas from the community as well. Thanks
