Why are there so Many Mercedes-Benz S Class models for sale in the US?

I noticed that When i search on Autotrader for existing inventory of Full-size luxury sedans, I see Hundreds of S-class models compared to what i see of competitors like the BMW 7 series, and ESPECIALLY Lexus LS (considering that Lexus isn’t taking orders)! This is also considering that Mercedes say they will intentionally keep supply low some time ago. Did they walk back on their word? Or is it just nobody is buying the S-Class? Or is it their supply chain issues resolved? Whats going on?

MINI Clubman F54 SD Tuning options?

Hello guys I own a Clubman F54 SD from 2016 with 190HP. Performance wise I love the car but it bores me in terms of sound and optic. The color is pure burgundy and I have 17” silver metallic rims original from MINI. Budget is around 350$ Could you please give me any possible options for a more sporty look? I can't seem to find it under any other name, and when I search "Honda Accord EX generation 3" but a bunch of other cars show up as well.
