Simplest way to send Ethereum
My brother just came up to me and asked my help to sell some Ethereum coins he bought a few years back. He basically showed me a piece of paper with an "Address" and "Private Key" written on it. Neither of us have any knowledge about crypto and he just wants to sell his coins. We got so far as to verify that the coins are still in that wallet's (?) address and find some crypto exchange which will buy the coins. Now they gave us some QR code and we need to send the coins there, but have no idea how to do so. We tried searching and found that we probably need to get a wallet app, but there are way too many options and we never could connect it to his coins. Assuming we are as ignorant as they come, what is the simplest way for us to send those coins?

President Biden made a tweet talking about crypto “tax loopholes”
HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TEACH YOU THIS LESSON OLD MAN Im not American and really just a spectator to the circus that is US politics, my political views are pretty in the middle. I know Biden is trying to right the ship that is decades of disastrous economic standards, and i dont blame him for that. That being said i will absolute call him out for nonsense like any other politician. >“We think Congress should cut -> tax loopholes that help wealthy crypto investors ($18 billion) >MAGA Republicans think Congress should cut -> food safety inspections ($15 billion)” Crypto gets screwed for cap gains so which tax loophole is he talking about? $18 billion? Does anyone know what hes talking about? Thats a heck of a lot of money to get past the IRS. If it really is that large then maybe there should be some regulations put in place? If only someone had that kind of authority…

Do you think the cycle would continue?
As the title suggests, I want to start the conversation on how you guys in this community think about the market cycle? Do you think history will repeat itself and we will continue with this bull-bear-bull cycle? Or is the current economic climate a little grim and it might take a few more years until things pick up again? I am usually an optimistic guy, but currently I get the impression that the market is too weak for it to be another bull market anytime soon. If the next bull market comes in another 5-10 years, do you think people will still continue to hold until then? Wouldn't it already lose momentum and crypto might become just a fad? That being said, I will slowly continue load up on my tiny bags and observe how crypto as whole develops into new financial services. I would also reckon that AI would play a key role in perpetuating adoption of crypto and crypto-related services.
