Do you believe Crypto will ever reach mass or global adoption?

Are we living in a dream ever believing Cryptocurrency will reach global adoption, and act as either a replacement or widely used alternative to standard currencies by most nations and companies throughout the world? Or do you believe that actually this is something we'll see in the next few decades become a reality, and the uses proposed and improvements will bear fruits and Cryptocurrency will become adopted? If I'm honest, I struggle to see it ever replacing fiat at least in its current form, I think nation backed digital currencies are very likely with CBDC's, but I don't think even they'd replace cash persee, due to the potential risk of control that would bring. What's your thoughts? Love to see other people's insights or theories on what they forsee happening.

Atomic wallet hacked? Multiple users are claiming to have had their wallets drained and atomic has confirmed theve received many request for this issue.

Does anyone have more info on this? I used atomic wallet, but I never left large amounts in. I do feel bad for those affected and I hope you get things sorted. If this is something nefarious then I hope it's something to learn from. Do you feel like this will have a massively negative impact on crypto in general? Has this ever been reported before about possible backdoors in Atomic wallet? Is this something that may affect multiple soft wallets out there? I couldn't find and articles or links to post in this so I apologize for this being more a simple question and a bunch of jumbled words so I can actually get those to post.

I don't blame the larger non crypto using public for not getting into crypto. We talk about how we can have smart contracts and how we no longer need corrupt banks.. how people will be harder to scam because of on block chain ledgers.... yet since crypto creation we have had scam after scam after collapse after mass disaster. Then, when someone loses their crypto, they post on the various chats... I just logged on and all my "insert crypto here" is gone. They blame the wallet. Tell their friends that the wallets are not secure... but don't remember or mention the dodgy links they've been utilising... or the site that they input their pass phrase into. If everyone could just stop scamming others now... that would be great.

Open source wallets

I've been on the lookout for open source mobile/web wallets lately, and it's turning out to be more challenging than I initially anticipated. i been using trust and meta mask and considering exodus but i didn't realize they all weren't open source, I've come across a few that appear promising, like Blue, gaurda, BlockWallet, Mycelium, and AirGap, I've also encountered some like Unstoppable and Atomex (pretty sure it just got exploited today as I was writing this lol)that say they are open source but like trust wallet and exodus are flagged as non-reproducible on walletscrutiny.com. Anyone with any experience with any of those or others? Thank yee in advance

Has anyone used Arculus wallet?

I’m looking for help. I started DCA in March on Coinbase without DYOR. I bought a ledger in April and never used it because I’m using an iPhone and shortly figured out I needed to use my laptop for that. I’m a visual learner and I’m trying to learn how to get my purchases off the exchange and into a cold wallet. Arculus makes it look simple but that doesn’t mean that it’s good.
