I finally looked at my Crypto wallet for the first time in several months

I haven’t really checked my crypto since the beginning of the downfall. It just became too unbearable; an immeasurable amount of doubt, remorse, and hollow hope would fill me with each and every glance. I don’t have my entire life savings in crypto, but it’s enough to make me wonder what could have been had I done something different. What is life without some risk? Would I be in any different of a place without sinking some of my hard earned cash in various cryptos? I may never know. What I do know is that I just bought $500 more worth of Bitcoin. Let that be the moral of the story; the advice to you all. Buy and forget. Hold tight brothers, our day will come.

Skeptics & doubters (publicly) make up the majority of investors. How do you feel about this article & the authors bleak outlook?

I read [this article](https://investorplace.com/2022/09/is-crypto-dead-after-2022-market-crash/) recently and it's easy for me to be critical as a crypto-supporter. When mass adoption occurs (which seems more likely than not) simply raising the overall market cap will have a positive impact on value. Adoption = market cap increase... limited supply = increased demand... BTC goes up, "the rising tide lifts all ships". Basic economics, so I'd love to hear some of your thoughts on this. Feel free to educate me where I may be lacking. [View Poll](https://www.reddit.com/poll/y8bbjf)

Pancakeswap has launched on Ethereum

I know, it sounds like a joke since Pancakeswap is the BSC version of Uniswap but here we are. It shouldn't come as no surprise however, Pancakeswap has had plans this year to introduce multichain to its protocol. It's been on their official roadmap since July. Ethereum will not be the only chain, they may have plans to introduce the AMM to multiple other chains such as Arbitrum or Polygon. Pancakeswap has some features that other AMM protocols don't have, \-Easy to use binary options to speculate \-On-chain lottery \-Multiple Farming opportunities My take is that this is welcome addition to the Defi space, more competition in these multichain protocols is always better in the long run for the end user to have the ability to choose between AMMs instead of being limited to just a few monopolies.

Why not move to Turkey and live off credit cards debt? The inflation rate is 100% the max credit card interest rate is 19.5%. With a bitcoin savings account this seems like a nice life

The turkish have a law of their max credit card rate. currently the Monthly Maximum Contractual Interest Rates on Credit Card Transactions is 1.63 which equals 19.5% APR It seems like everything you buy in Turkey is 80% off due to this one simple trick of putting it on a credit card and waiting for inflation to do its thing. Also the turkish government wants to **lower** interest rates. Meaning as inflations grows worse the discount will get even better. I'd expect everything to be 99% cheaper in the future as inflation gets worse. Of course most turkish citizens dont benefit becuase they save in fiat, but a bitcoin saver can live like a king
