I know that anahata naad is the aum sound that some people can heard during deep meditation, but what is the name of those different celestial sounds that can be heard during meditation and reveal the spiritual progress of a person? Is it a different than anahata naad? Thx

Would it be possible to do every yoga pose in one session, everyday?
I'm a newbie and was wondering if this is a good goal to strive for? I am working on doing a sun salutation every morning and night, but I was wondering if I could just keep adding a pose until I do them all in one session. Would this be overkill to do everyday? How long would this take? Can all yoga poses be connected one way or another? If not one session, could I split the sequences up throughout the day to do all the poses in a day? What would be things to look out for? Any insight is helpful. Thank you.
