When in Nieuwpoort: PLAN B Recently, a little weekend getaway to the Belgian Coast with my parents and kid gave me the opportunity to check out a bar I've had my eyes on for a while: Plan B in Nieuwpoort. Billie and Ben serve a broad selection of classic cocktails as well as their own creations and variations on them. A personal fave was the Rosolio and Elderflower-laced Basil Smash (picture 1), but I enjoyed their Rum & Cachaça-fueled Mai Tai (2) as well as the Spicy Margarita (3) and mango-flavored ‘Release The Kraken’ (4) as well!
