I think the hardest part of sending my kids back in person is breaking the news to them that they’ll have to put on clothes and start brushing their hair again.

Before you ask your body for a repeat performance, it’s a good idea to check it’s back in shape and fully capable of building another baby https://t.co/mxYTTgg61F

I'm tired of people thinking my life should be about parenting and parenting only.
Yes, being a parent is my first and foremost "job." But that's not all I am. I deserve to have a life of my own just like anyone else. I love my child and she is the most important person in my life, but my life should not only revolve around my child. And people who instantly jump to "worry about being a parent" or "stop concerning yourself with anything other than being a mother" irritate the fuck out of me. My child is very much taken care of. I put her first over everything, even my own mental and physical well being sometimes. So stop telling parents they're not allowed to have a life of their own or that they can't be anything other than a parent. We deserve to have a life just like anyone else.

Nothing worse than seeing your little one in pain. My little buddy has cellulitis and it’s been very painful for him and us.Turns out there’s an abscess underneath it all that needs to be taken care of. I just feel so bad for my baby boy

It’s Not ‘Cancel Culture’ — It’s Accountability It’s easy to blame cancel culture when people are held accountable for their actions. But holding someone accountable for their actions is seriously the bare minimum at this point. https://t.co/8m1w7crD6v https://t.co/vrIhuiOCqf

It's getting harder and harder to not keep all of my kid's drawings
Within the last couple of weeks, my 4 year old has become OBSESSED with drawing, painting, etc. Her drawings have quickly evolved from abstract scribbles to clear drawings with stories, like suddenly she's drawing people, cats, snails, etc like she's done it for years. Yesterday she started drawing pictures of herself with either DH or me and it's so sweet. Plus she's also obsessed with writing and spelling, so I helped her learn how to write her name, which she's writing on every piece of paper in the house. Thank goodness I recently bought a big pack of computer paper and she's drawing on both sides or she'd deplete a forest by herself! At this rate I'm going to need a massive tote just for her art, along with a bigger fridge and more magnets. I could probably pick through the +50 snail drawings and keep just a few, but I kind of want to keep them all to remember how she only wanted to draw snails for like a week lol.
