Low blood pressure - nauseous during yoga
I (F22) have recently started doing some yoga at home with YouTube videos. I really like it and would like to continue it and maybe even attend a few classes. However I have one problem: I have always had quite low blood pressure. Yoga routines where the stances alternate a lot between having your head up and down, cause me to become highly nauseous and dizzy. Almost like I am in a car, getting motion sickness. I know that eating right before or not eating at all beforehand can make people nauseous. However I think my nauseousness comes from my low blood pressure. I frequently passed out from my low blood pressure during my teenage years, and avoid long hot steamy showers to this date for this reason. How can prevent getting so nauseous during yoga and explore this new hobby more! Any help is greatly appreciated <3

Uttanasana makes my feet and calves literally explode with energy
I have been working a lot with this pose the last week and have gotten very deep in it. The thing is that as I get deeper and deeper my feet and calves start to tingle and then literally explode with energy to the point of me almost losing balance. This does not happen every time to this extent but it definitely is always a lot of energy and tingling every time I get to a certain depth in the pose. I am looking for some clearance. Is this normal and just something I should continue working with and breathing into or is this unusual and something I could maybe learn more about somewhere? All love
