Question: Flexibility
Hi! I am 48 years old and, over the years, have become as flexible as a wooden plank. I have significant upper back issues which result in not a lot of shoulder strength. Would yoga help me improve my flexibility? I look at some of these videos and some of the motions require a lot of shoulder work. Thoughts?

Need help with padmasana
Hi guys, I am a very very athletic 16 year old. I’m not very buff and much leaner but I am 6,5 and have much stronger legs then most people. I am attempting to reach padmasana for meditation and yogic perposes but I struggle with hip flexibility. I do butterfly every night but it doesn’t seem to help me progress that much, any tips or anything I can do more ?
