What pose do you enjoy now that you didn’t like when you started your practice?
I’ll start! I hated pigeon when I first started my practice – I couldn’t get comfortable or feel centered, couldn’t wait to move on to literally any other pose. Now, when I move into pigeon in my practice, I feel like I’m giving my body something it really needs. It took a while to realize that I didn’t need to force it in this (or any) pose. That really helped me enjoy my practice overall more. Have you had a similar experience? What did you learn from it that might help others too?

Hip opening for people who can't sit on floor
For people who can't sit on floor due to low back herniated discs, how can we work on flexibility, mobility etc. to be able to sit on the floor again? I was injured by sitting on the floor too long 15 years ago and never recovered fully.

Are mindfulness in the morning and yoga at night complementary?
Hey everyone, I have been meditating for a while but I'm quite curious about yoga and starting practicing it as well. I was thus wondering, do you guys practice both meditation and yoga at different times? Since I know mindfulness and yoga both have the same style I would say, I am still weary as to what the effects are if I combine the two. Is it possible? What are your personal experiences with this? hip popped while doing seated forward fold
I was doing a seated forward fold and my right hip popped. It wasn't a regular pop though. It felt like something shifted in my hip too. I have slight hamstring soreness now. Any idea what I did to myself?
