I’m plenty flexible but my strength needs to catch up, particularly I’m trying to work on my arms and upper back strength to start trying some more challenging balance poses

Forward fold (seated) help
Hey all. I'm looking for some pointers on how I can deepen my seated forward fold. Folds in particular postures seem to be my nemesis (and teacher!) - I struggle to fold much with legs in Triangle so I wonder if it's tight hamstrings? Are there postures which might help me with this? Thank you 🙏

Yoga is changing my life. I LOVE IT. What app do you use for yoga?
Slowly but surely, yoga is changing my life. I'm really excited and I just wanted to gush to internet strangers about it! I saw this article once that said Yoga is really good for people with PTSD. I was very depressed at the time and going through a lot mentally so I thought, why not? Lemme give it a shot. If I don't like it I can just stop, I won't lose anything. So I told myself everyday I would do yoga, to see if I got the same benefits as mentioned in the article. I was desperate at that point because I was so, so so low in my life. I think yoga is changing my life. Slowly but surely. I used to laugh at my friend who did it, and now I don't think I can go back to how I was before it. I can't live without it. It's like my mental medicine. I use down dog and I love it. What apps do you use? Eventually I want to be able to do super hard arm balances like head stands and flying pigeon and stuff! But I just wanted to share how much I fucking love yoga!!!! Okay thank you all x
