This is Dacia Nova, the first car designed entirely by Dacia engineers in 1985, the inspiration model being Peugeot 309. Due to lack of funds, the project was stopped in 1989 and resumed in 1991. It was produced between 1995 and 2000, and later replaced by the SuperNova.

From the very beginning it stood out for its outdated design, since the earliest references for the Nova date back to at least 1985. I received a facelift in 1997 which had significant improvements over the first model. Despite efforts, Dacia Nova was not a successful model, and it had many problems, such as poor build quality. Renault bought Dacia in 1998 and the model had to be improved, becoming the SuperNova.

What are our options?

Hello, My partner made the mistake of signing for a car to be purchased for her uncle. An uncle who after a month gave her the car back and refused to pay anymore towards it. Well, the contract is in her name so she's liable for the rest of the $29,000 amount. (17.6k original value) We're trying to see what we can do. She's paying close to $500 a month for the car and it already has broken down due to a coolant leak (?) and is too expensive to repair. We bought it from a dealership with an as-is no warranty contract. The loan is from Credit Acceptance. Not sure how much the APR is but I think it's about 15% give or take. My question is this: what can we do about this? Refinance? The contract only allows for cancellation in cases of fraud, which we don't fall under.
