First miso tonkotsu ramen.
This is my second attempt at ramen (previous one was Tori paitan). I made everything as authentic as it could. The tare is similar ro RamenLord's and the broth took 16h with almost no trotters. The noodles are also homemade. It's way way better than any "tonkotsu" I've tried before at a restaurant, it's probably the umamiest thing I had in my life by a long shot. Luckily, I made broth for 20 servings, so all my family and friends will have a chance to try it. This ramen journey has been sooo rewarding!
