What are your red flags for new crypto projects?
Since crypto is so unregulated, there is a constant flood of scams, ponzis, and rugs for new crypto projects. This is true even in bear market conditions. For those of you that invest in new projects, which although risky, can quickly yield large profits, what are your red flags? Hopefully people do enough due diligence on new projects, but what will make you say “nope” when investigating? For me, it’s anything that is meme based ( [coin]-inu, elon [coin]) etc. If the founders aren’t KYC’d that’s a red flag as well. I am generally wary of anything that doesn’t have any clear utility.

Sell at a loss?
So bare with me please. I am a supporter of crypto. Invested, made some mistakes on the way and learned from that. Which makes the following extra difficult and I am seeking some input from this group I have grown to love. I am currently in an opportunity (maybe) to buy a house. But, in order to do so, I need to step out of my crypto investment at a loss. Even if the loss is not so extreme, something in my feels very resistant to step out of it. However, the opportunity to invest in a house is a great one for me. I know you cannot get my situation 1 on 1, but what would you do? I expect crypto to give me profits again in some years and I always bought it for long term...

Crypto Bitcoin fees?
So I have been buying Bitcoin regularly and I have sold some today, at £23,600 on crypto.com for it stated 0 fees. I decided however I wished to buy it back so I immediately tried to buy back and for the same Money I was offered less BTC back as they were selling it for £24,300 a coin? Is this a form a commission they are putting on the price (I am aware prices fluctuate however this was approx 30 seconds apart on trades). I didn’t use a payment method that charges 3.9% fees either on top? Is this normal to sell for more than they buy like a traditional fiat exchange?
