Drink: Clever Wabbit 2oz Clever Gin (Non Alcoholic) 0.25oz Rich Raspberry Syrup 1oz Pineapple Juice 0.5oz Coconut Cream 15 chilled Raspberries (Method) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Amaro, Cacao and Pineapple pulled open the registers, homemade Pomegranate Grenadine delivered the final blow. A playful sip bringing subtle Easter Vibes with some bitter and sweet on all fronts. Using a richer Amaro (like CioCiaro or Bigallet’s China-China) works best imo, tho don’t limit yourself. It’s a recipe I return to quite frequently, this specific picture was made in 2018 tho.
