Seek advise on raising smaller amounts (500k or less)
We have a game with good growth and sales (600k in sales about 100 new players a month without marketing). We survived the NFT crash (our game accepts crypto) and we have a second game being played and enjoyed in beta. We want to raise 500k for 20%, and would accept 250k, but after 6 months, there is no interest. The half-dozen VCs who have met with us want to give us two million or more and seem turned off by our small offer and current situation. We need money to complete the features for our main game and to take advantage of our second game. We need to hire a new backend developer and someone to handle B2B relationships, which is a vital part of our second game. I intend, next week, to reach out to small business groups for advice. Maybe start to email VC again. Any thoughts on locating investors interested in smaller investments or ideas on what turns off a bigger VC from "slumming it" with our lower entry point?

Help in finding PMF
I work for a company that has developed an on-demand interview platform which specializes in taking technical interviews. The problems we are trying to solve is : 1. Reduce the hiring time taken for an engineering position 2. Increase the companyโs engineering bandwidth 3. Reduce biases in the interview process We are currently in the process of expanding our market and would like to hear from HRโs and Engineer leaders in the USA if these are pain points from your perspective and how you guys feel about outsourcing your technical rounds to companies like ours.

Best places to create a beta tester community for my app?
I'm looking to create a small community of our most engaged users to provide feedback and be part of the product process. My idea here is to share designs/wireframes ahead of time to get real-time feedback. Our customer base is largely in the 25-35 range, so I was actually thinking of creating a private instagram page that they can follow. Through this we can create posts or stories that show new designs and ask very basic questions. The Instagram stories allow for polls and free response answers to questions, as well as a platform for us to provide video responses to any questions we get. We've considered other platforms like Facebook groups, reddit, discord, slack, but those aren't where our customers spend a lot of time already - that's how we got to the Instagram idea, even though it's really not intended for this use case. Any other ideas that may be better than a private instagram account?

Startup newbie: Creating a Founders Agreement.
TLDR: Early stage startup. Looking for a template for Founders Agreement. We're a Digital Services and Brand Advisory firm in an early stage. Have two partners and have just started making client pitches. Idea is to go full throttle from Oct 22 with a period of 6 months as trial. We will incorporate, rent office space etc once we sign up our first clients. We're stuck at coming to an agreement on work share, roles and equity. On a bare bones coat model now. What would be your recommendations for resources to internal create a Founders Agreement.
