i want to get a small tattoo on my ankle but since we store emotions in our bodies & i’m really sensible i wonder if a tattoo has an effect on our chakras? any experiences? thoughts?

I’m slowly starting to be able to listen to my body and what it needs but I have a question for the ladies
I’ve been practising yoga 4-5 times a week for about a month now and not only have I noticed an increase in strength and flexibility but also my emotions, feelings and most recently how my body and self becomes when coming up to my period. About 7-10 days before my period is due I am tired, fatigued, irritable and quick tempered and even more so now with recognising this early with practising yoga frequently. My question for the ladies though is; do you change your practise coming up to your period? I’m trying to stay consistent but the fatigue is really getting to me so my practises have been a lot shorter and less frequent…

I really want to get into yoga, and it seems I should start at Ashtung Vinyasa Yoga (probably butchered that spelling) but is there a lower level of yoga for beginners? And depending on where I start where should I go from there? Is there a most advanced level of yoga? Are there levels of difficulty in yoga? Appreciate someone laying it out for me.

Mobility/Yoga?
Hi friends, I’m 31, been working out at the gym for a year and a half now and I’ve got some mobility issues. I’ve been doing mobility work outs 20 min per day for 2 months now. So I’m looking for a cool app to take me through it. I’ve tried mainly 3 apps that weren’t really what I was looking for : 1. GOWOD relies on some walls stretches, it’s gonna sound funny but I don’t have naked walls in my house (and you can’t switch exercises) 2. Romwod - Pliability is ok but I feel like it’s not really based on your personal issues (even if you do the mobility tests every week), and it’s kind of the same exercises-stretches every day. 3. Prehab Guys - Great but at 46€/month I expect the app to be flawless, but there are some bugs unfortunately. Now some redditors suggested I could do Yoga instead. Is there a big difference between mobility and yoga? Any good suggestions I could try out? Thank you!
