Best yoga with a desk job?
I enjoy exercise (CrossFit, running, weights, etc.) but ever since I started a desk job about 2 years ago, I it seems like a different joint is hurting everyday. Before the desk job I did not have any exercise related injuries or issues at all. I think yoga would probably help with this. I am new to yoga and don’t know where to begin to address the issues I have been having (mainly knee and shoulder). Does anybody have any recommendations for me as a desk worker trying to stay in shape? Thanks in advance!

Painful headaches
I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Maybe you've gone through the same experience as me. I've asked yoga teachers and teachers at a massage therapy school, but nobody has solved this for me. I love yoga, but ever since I started I've gotten horribly painful headaches when I do poses that put pressure on my belly, such as locust or bow. What can I do about it (other than just not doing those poses)? I just started to get back into yoga after about 2 years off and this is making me want to quit again. For additional information, I did have my gallbladder removed when I was 15. That's the only abdominal surgery I've had, and it was laparoscopic, but maybe the scar tissue could be causing the issue even after all these years? I don't think I tried yoga before having the surgery, so I can't compare to how I was before. Thank you in advance!

Even a 15-minute yoga practice, when practiced unhurriedly, can help you become stronger, more flexible, less anxious, and closer to the person you know yourself to be. https://t.co/zyKAtNZTkw
