Downward facing dog video instructions

Does anyone recommend a video that really spells out how to get into proper downward dog form? I recently videotaped myself for the first time and my form was an absolute mess. Doing it in front of a mirror has helped with my spine, but I feel like I still don't know exactly where to place my hands and feet, where exactly to place my butt, etc. I've also been taking classes and adjustments have been helpful but I feel like I need to dedicate some time to remedial downward dog study, lol. I tried Adriene's video and it wasn't specific enough for me. Thank you for any suggestions you're able to provide!

During last pose today I had an intense burning sensation in my back, is that normal?

So I was doing a video from youtube. Resting when I needed to. In the last pose when the head is between the legs resting forward I was fine initially (in fact it felt great on my back) however as I continued to hold the pose I started getting a burning sensation in my back. Not like a "Muscle working" sensation I literally felt like I had someone had placed a heating pad on my back, and it just kept intensifying even moving towards the front of my chest some which when I was like "nope I'm coming out of the pose now". I rested tried to go back into it but it happened again. I also started sweating pretty strongly. is this normal and something that will go away or did I do something really wrong? I know I don't have the best posture normally (one of the reasons I'm wanting to do yoga is to get healthy) but that was NOT a fun sensation and even though its been 5-10 minutes I still feel something in my back.

Caterpillar pose with a bolster is my new favourite

It is so simple and relaxing I could just fall asleep. Hips are a tricky area for me and I just love the sensation of gentle pops and crackles through my hips and legs without the strain from other poses like pigeon. Love yin yoga but quite new to using a bolster so if anyone has any recommendations for poses or YouTube sequences I’d really appreciate it!

We must educate our young children in the practice of compassion on a worldwide scale. Teachers and parents can instill in children real, warmhearted human values to tremendous benefit. We need a transformation in commitment to the universal values of compassion and love.
