How to gain more flexibility?
Ok so first of all I’m a guy (I think that explains most of it) 22, and I’m not that flexible. I’ve been doing yoga for 6 months now and I’ve gained a little more flexibility but I still think it’s not enough for yoga. Like, I still can’t do fully splits or the heron, or fallen flamingo without hesitating.

What makes a good yoga teacher?
I finished my YTT a year ago and am finally garnering the confidence to teach. What do you like about your favourite yoga teachers/classes? What factors contributed to the studio you chose? What things don't you like? Are there things you wish for in a class or studio that are hard to find? I have long-term goals of opening a studio with pranayama and meditation classes as well, so if you have input relating to those please let me know.
